En una emotiva ceremonia, 47 familias del Fundo El Bosque y Nuevo Amanecer en Villa Alemana firmaron el consentimiento para iniciar formalmente el proceso de regularizaci\u00f3n de sus terrenos, en coordinaci\u00f3n con el municipio y organismos como el SERVIU y Bienes Nacionales.<\/p>\n
El alcalde Nelson Estay destac\u00f3 que se trata de un hito tras a\u00f1os de espera \u2014casi 50\u2014 y enfatiz\u00f3 que las gestiones iniciadas incluyen tr\u00e1mites judiciales y trabajo conjunto con las juntas de vecinos, SERVIU, Secpla, la Direcci\u00f3n de Obras y Desarrollo Comunitario.<\/p>\n
Los vecinos manifestaron su agradecimiento. Luzmira L\u00f3pez, presidenta de la Junta de Vecinos El Amanecer, record\u00f3 el legado de sus padres: \u201cMis padres ya no est\u00e1n, pero esto tambi\u00e9n se lo debemos a ellos\u2026 algo que busc\u00e1bamos hace tanto tiempo.\u201d<\/p>\n
